Unworn Products are returnable within 14 days of delivery.


  • Generate a pre-paid return label through our returns portal.
    • Have ready: Order #, e-mail address used for Order, & ZIP code used for Order.
  • Once you generate a pre-paid shipping label: Print it out, stick it to the same package your order arrived in (not the slipper box), & send it back to us.
    • All items returned must be in like-new condition & include the original tags & unaltered box.
      Please keep this in mind when testing the fit: try them on indoors on a clean surface.
    • If a returned product shows any signs of wear, it will be sent back to the original shipping address, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
    • Returns with light wear will be accepted at our discretion, with a 20% damaged goods fee charge taken out of the total refund amount.
    • Items shipped in taped or labeled Rust & Salt slipper boxes or damaged Rust & Salt slipper boxes are subject to a 20% damaged goods fee charge.


  • For exchanges, simply place a new order for the right size, style, or color, and we’ll issue a full refund (product + shipping) upon receipt & inspection of the original order.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be in amount of original purchase price.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • If you don't believe you've received your refund, please first double check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
