Returns & Exchanges


For exchanges & returns, please email us: and note the following:

  • If exchanging due to fit, please let us know and we will help you exchange for the proper size!
  • item must appear to be unused and in the same condition as when it was received (like new and resellable). It must also be in the original packaging. Please DO NOT send returns in the product packaging itself, as the product may be damaged during shipping.
  • Please reference your order number or provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)

  • To help us help you, please include a note in the box with instructions outlining your exchange.
  • Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be in amount of original product, minus shipping cost
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you don't believe you've received your refund, please first double check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
